SOIO had the opportunity to meet with some of the (more than 20,000!) attendees at Land Forces International Land Defence Exposition in Melbourne last week. The Exposition brought together senior international military, defence, government, scientific and industry delegations from around the world. We were lucky to be part of the Defence SA team, and one of over 990 exhibitors!

SOIO celebrates 150th course

The School of Information Operations (SOIO) has recently delivered its 150th defence course! Since its launch in 2019, SOIO has been training the next generation of professionals working in the Department of Defence, Defence Industry and the wider Defence Organisation. SOIO has now delivered courses to over 1200 students covering multi-domain operations including electronic warfare, cyber, undersea warfare, uncrewed aerial systems, space, and maritime operations.
