Participants learn how to integrate Cyber and EW considerations into established planning frameworks such as the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and the Joint Military Appreciation Process (JMAP), with a focus on aligning operational objectives, legal and ethical constraints, and multi-domain coordination. The course covers scenario development, order of battle analysis, concept of operations (CONOPS), and the development and synchronisation of courses of action, ensuring students can translate strategic guidance into executable plans.  Through case studies and practical exercises, students gain experience in operational-to-tactical implementation, post-exercise debrief and analysis, and the use of assessment metrics to evaluate effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on the integration of Cyber and EW effects with kinetic operations, spectrum management, and information-related capabilities, preparing graduates to contribute to mission success in complex, contested environments.  --- ## Intended Audience This course is suitable for personnel that require an introductory understanding of the integration of Cyber and Electronic Warfare into military operations as a means to maximise overall performance of the operational aims. --- ## Prerequisites  It is **essential to complete SC001 EW** course and highly desirable to complete SC003 Space and SC005 Cyber short courses prior to attending.  --- ## Course Modules - Joint ISR, Cyber / EW Planning Process - Scenario Development, Legal & Ethical Constraints - Order of Battle & EOB - Cyber and EW CONOPS - COA Development & Synchronisation - Operational to Tactical Implementation - Post-Exercise Debrief & Analysis - Case Studies  ---   Course price: AU$3,938.00 inc GST [Click here](https://soio.com.au/short-courses#grants) for available Government Grants.   ![SOIO Cyber and EW CEMA Planning Course](https://soio.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/SOIO%20SC008%20Image%20600x400.png?width=600&height=400&name=SOIO%20SC008%20Image%20600x400.png "SOIO Cyber and EW CEMA Planning Course") For multiple course seat bookings, please call Kerry Houston on 0439 997 719 [![SOIO\_Logo\_Rev-3](https://soio.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/SOIO_Logo_Rev-3.png?width=200&height=41&name=SOIO_Logo_Rev-3.png "SOIO_Logo_Rev-3")](http:/?hsLang=en) SCHOOL OF INFORMATION OPERATIONS         ABN 62 624 905 399 © 2026 All rights reserved.     ###### CONTACT US PO Box 503 Prospect East, SA 5082 Australia +61 417 742 705   [Follow us on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/school-of-information-operations/) [Email us](mailto:info@soio.com.au) [Follow us on Facebook](https://www.youtube.com/@SOIOTraining) ###### SUBSCRIBE TO OUR MAILING LIST ###### [QUAD CHART](https://soio.com.au/hubfs/260318%20SOIO%20Quad%20Chart.pdf?hsLang=en) ###### [CONTACT](https://soio.com.au/contact?hsLang=en) ###### [PRIVACY POLICY](https://soio.com.au/privacy-policy?hsLang=en) ###### [PRIVACY COLLECTION NOTICE](https://soio.com.au/privacy-collection-notice?hsLang=en) ###### [FEES](https://soio.com.au/privacy-collection-notice-0?hsLang=en) ###### [ABOUT](https://soio.com.au/about-the-school-of-information-operations-soio?hsLang=en) ###### [NEWS](https://soio.com.au/news?hsLang=en) ###### [TERMS & CONDITIONS](https://soio.com.au/terms-conditions?hsLang=en)
